parmanu is a comics super hero ,who guards the capital city of india ,delhi from internal as well as external willains . his real name is vinay and is a police officer . he uses a dress which allows him to fly emit nuclear rings ,, ropes ,, etc. parmanu suite was developed by his uncle professor kamal kant who becomes a willain lateron , but kamal kant's biological robot named probot is still loyal to permanu and provides him with technical and other advancements needed by permanu from time to time...........
